18-Month Battery Warranty

Every Battery Package includes an 18-month warranty on the battery replacement.

If the battery fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will replace it at no charge — including parts, labor, and shipping.

How the Battery and Reseal Program Works

We’ve designed the process to be simple, seamless, and completely all-inclusive.

  1. Select Your Watch Battery - Choose your watch brand and battery type from our online list.

  2. Complete Check Out - Complete check out and payment.

  3. Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label - After reviewing your submission, we email you a prepaid, insured shipping label — no printing or guessing required.

  4. Send Us Your Watch - Securely package your watch and drop it off with the carrier using the provided label.

  5. Expert Service & 48-Hour Turnaround - Once received, your watch is serviced, pressure tested, cleaned, and prepared for return within 48 hours.

  6. We Ship It Back — Free of Charge - Your watch is shipped back to you at no cost, fully serviced and ready to wear.
