Automatic - Complete Service
Our Complete Automatic Watch Service is a full mechanical overhaul performed in accordance with professional horological standards. Upon receipt, the watch is completely disassembled, including full movement teardown to the individual component level.
All movement parts are ultrasonically cleaned to remove degraded lubricants and contaminants, then carefully inspected for wear, damage, or tolerance issues. Worn or compromised components are replaced where necessary, followed by precise reassembly using manufacturer-appropriate lubricants applied at specific friction points. The movement is then regulated for accuracy and stability, and the fully assembled watch undergoes extended multi-day quality control and performance testing to ensure consistent operation.
Case and bracelet refinishing is included where applicable through professional polishing; where polishing is not recommended, the watch receives a luxury exterior steam clean and detailing. Each serviced watch is returned in a custom presentation box and includes a microfiber cleaning cloth and Wrist Clean™ watch spray. Typical turnaround time for complete automatic servicing ranges from two to six weeks, depending on movement complexity and condition.
