Time Central is proudly owned and led by Ryan Goncalves, a second-generation watch professional who was quite literally born and raised in the watch industry. With over 36 years of hands-on experience, Ryan has dedicated his life to horology—its craft, its evolution, and the people behind it.
Today, Time Central is trusted by Swiss watch manufacturers and global brands alike, serving as a technical partner, consultant, and service authority. In addition to working directly with brands, Time Central is also a service provider to more than 1,000 retailers across Canada, supporting independent jewelers, national chains, and specialty retailers.
We are also recognized as the largest custom watch dial logo printer in Canada, offering end-to-end dial printing solutions for individuals, corporations, institutions, and watch brands—from single bespoke pieces to large-scale production runs.
At our core, Time Central is focused on growth, mentorship, and uncompromising quality. We are known internationally for delivering exceptional repairs, consistent standards, and world-class service—and we remain committed to doing so today, tomorrow, and throughout our existence.

Authorized Service Center – Canada
As of January 1, 2026, Time Central Ltd. is proud to be an Authorized Service Center in Canada for Hublot, Victorinox Swiss Army, Movado Group (including Movado, Ebel, Concord, and Fendi), MeisterSinger, Guess, and Casio, Bell & Ross, Effy, Shinola, and Hermes.
We are also one of the very few independent Authorized Service Centers in Canada for Cartier.
Time Central holds all current Cartier certifications, allowing us to service Cartier timepieces in full compliance with manufacturer standards, using genuine, original Cartier parts sourced directly through authorized channels. Our watchmakers undergo ongoing brand-mandated training and annual certification testing to ensure every repair meets current technical and quality requirements.
While some service providers may advertise experience with Cartier, only authorized service centers operate under Cartier’s current guidelines, have access to original parts, and maintain an active partnership with the brand. Choosing an authorized service center ensures your timepiece is serviced correctly, transparently, and to factory standards—protecting both its performance and long-term value.
