Sending your watch by courier

Fill in the form
Complete the service request online, then print it or download it as a Word file. Place it in the package.

Pack it safely
Wrap the piece in soft material inside a small box, then place that box in a padded shipping box.

Ship insured
Send it insured and tracked to our Markham workshop, Suite 208.

Watch for our email
Within 24 hours of arrival you'll get a private tracking link for your repair.
