For brands×After-sales×Canada-wide

Your after-sales partner in Canada

The ideal partner for brands without their own service centre or sales team in Canada. We become your front end across the country: servicing, administration, customer care, training and reporting, with distribution if you need it, from one family-run service centre in Markham.

How we partner

Your department in Canada

No service centre or sales reps here yet? We act as your Canadian front end, coast to coast. Choose the model that fits your brand.

01

Service & administration

We run your after-sales in Canada: repairs and warranty, customer service, retailer support and staff training, and regular reporting to your team.

02

Service, administration & sales

Everything in the first model, plus distribution to retailers through independent sales reps, so one partner covers your brand in Canada from sale to service.

Capacity

Built for volume

An experienced team, our own service software and a national retail network, so your brand's after-sales runs on one standard from coast to coast.

What we handle

One partner for after-sales

Take what you need: authorized service on its own, or the full after-sales program for your brand in Canada.

Authorized service & repairs

An authorized Cartier service centre and authorized for brands including Movado, Ebel, Concord, Swiss Army, Bell & Ross and Casio. Work follows each manufacturer's procedures, with genuine parts.

Warranty programs

We administer your warranty program to your policy, with proof of purchase checked and photos taken at intake, and every claim documented and reported to you.

Customer service across Canada

We can handle customer care for your brand nationwide: questions, repair intake, estimates and follow-up, by phone and email.

Reporting & analytics

Regular reports on volumes, turnaround times, repair reasons, warranty claims and parts usage, from the same system we run the bench on.

Dial printing, logo & engraving

Our own department prints custom logo dials and engraves case backs and clasps, for private label, corporate programs and limited series.

Distribution

If there's interest, we can support distribution through independent sales rep channels, alongside our network of more than 500 retailers.

Staff training

Training for your retailers' staff, in store or at our Markham workshop: intake, batteries, sizing, water resistance and what to send to us.

Ongoing support

One point of contact for your team in Canada, regular reviews of service results, and support for your retailers whenever they need it.

Quality control

Tested for days, not minutes

A repair isn't finished when the watchmaker closes the case. Every watch then spends days in quality control, and is checked again by our administration and shipping teams before it leaves.

2–3 daysEvery watch

Four checks before it leaves

  1. Once the repair is complete, the watch moves into quality control for 2 to 3 days.
  2. It is checked twice during that period.
  3. It is checked again when our administration team signs the repair out.
  4. Our shipping department checks it a final time before it is packed and returned.
5–7 daysMechanical watches

Wound, run down, timed and regulated

  1. Fully wound on our Cyclomotion winding machine, which moves the watch as if it were worn, for a full day.
  2. Let run down completely, rewound, and run down again, twice over.
  3. The power reserve is timed and recorded: how long the watch runs on a full wind.
  4. Checked and regulated on the timegrapher three times, to the manufacturer's specification for that movement.

Then the same administration and shipping checks as every other watch.

Reporting

Every job, measured

We already report to the brands we work with. Every repair runs through Loupe, the service software we built for our own workshop, so each status change, estimate, approval, part and photo is recorded and ready to report.
