Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada)

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Note: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

3. Shipping Repairs or Warranty Items

If you are shipping an item to Time Central for repair, service, or warranty claim:

• You are responsible for safely packaging the item and covering the cost of shipping to us.

• We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

• Once your service is complete, we will return your item via tracked and insured delivery. Return shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated in your warranty or repair agreement.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Time Central is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We will, however, assist you in providing any necessary documentation for claims.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Time Central is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
