Services & Repairs
Due to the nature of watch and jewelry repairs and customization services, all service sales are final. However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work:

If you experience an issue related to a completed repair within 90 days of service, we will re-inspect and correct the problem at no additional charge, provided it is related to the original work performed.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage (unless water-resistance service was purchased and documented), or tampering by third parties.
Retail Products
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible retail items (e.g., watch straps, accessories, non-customized merchandise) under the following conditions:
